Fula is the name of an African tribe, this is a large two-bedroom mud hut with en-suite, generously proportioned rooms, a supreme bedroom with a patio, home office, open plan lounge diner, guest W/C built with our natural earth blocks (unrendered in its natural state) ECO Seashell Render can be applied if preferred




LOLO-FULANJANG
Lolo-Fulanjang means “the second star” in Mandinka, this is a large two-bedroom both en-suite, walk-in closet, home office, laundry room/store, inside and outside kitchen and star gazing terrace




JOLA (ADOBE MUD HUT)
Jola is the name of an African tribe, this is a two-bedroom mud hut with an en-suite, home office, open plan lounge diner, guest W/C and a curved swimming pool, clients have the option to choose from different types of pool shapes and sizes or build without a swimming pool

KURINGO (CAWRIE)
The Kuringo (Cowrie) mud hut is a perfect example of old meets new in a beautiful blend of old tech with modern aesthetics to create a home that is not only comfortable but stylish, setting new standards for simple luxury that will last, comprising 2 guest bedrooms with a shared shower room, a spacious supreme bedroom with walk-in closet, en- suite with a bath, shower and enclosed W/C. The supreme bedroom leads out to either a garden or onto a covered terrace making maximum use of the outlook space
The house has a few unique features such as a lounge with a “monolith” TV wall, leading onto the semi-open plan dining room with its curved wall that gently guides you into the galley kitchen that has ample cupboard storage along with a laundry section all neatly tied together in an easy to use flowing ergonomic

NSAKU EARTH-BLOCK STORY ROUNDHOUSE
THREE CONCEPTS ONE DESIGN (3 IN 1)

This unique roundhouse story design is flexible enough to maintain the same floor plan and layout, however, dramatically changing its appearance and function just by altering the roof. Simply beautiful




NSAKU SKYLINE
Nsaku means "love" in the Kikongo language, Now for something special, the Nsaku Skyline house is constructed using adobe compressed earth blocks, this spectacular version of the Nsaku house has two bedrooms both en-suite on the ground floor with a Supreme Bedroom and en-suite taking the entirety of the first floor with the luxury of a sizable rooftop swimming pool plus changing and W/C facilities and roof garden.




Midnight Bloom: Architectural Summary
Style & Layout: "Midnight Bloom" is a thoughtfully organised, single-story residential dwelling with a balanced blend of private, semi-private, and service zones. The plan promotes functionality, flow, and modern comfort, likely catering to a medium-to-large family setup.
